STARK FUTURE EXTENDED WARRANTY – Terms & Conditions
The Stark Future Extended Warranty provides additional protection beyond the factory warranty for Stark Future motorcycles. This warranty extension ensures your motorcycle continues to perform at the highest level with specified terms and conditions.

Duration:
- 1-year Plan: 12 months of additional coverage following the expiration of the original factory warranty.
- 2-years Plan: 24 months of additional coverage following the expiration of the original factory warranty.
The Extended Warranty Plan must be purchased before the expiration of the factory warranty. Once acquired, no changes to the duration or terms of the plan are allowed, except for an additional 12-month extension if the consumer initially purchased a 1-year Extended Warranty Plan.
Coverage Scope:
Stark Future warrants that the following components are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship:
- Electric drivetrain, including motor, inverter, and battery.
- Frame and suspension components.
- Factory-installed electronics and control units, including integrated phone systems.
Replacement Parts:
All parts replaced under warranty become the property of Stark Future. Stark Future reserves the right to use new, reconditioned, or remanufactured parts in warranty repairs.
General Exclusions:
The Extended Warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, chains, sprockets, bearings, hoses, and rubber seals.
- Any failures resulting from or caused by lack of proper maintenance or vehicles that have not been properly maintained in accordance with the prescriptions of the Owner´s Manual.
- Cosmetic components including plastics, body panels, seat foam, bolts, clips, and surface finishes.
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, environmental exposure, natural disasters, or improper storage.
- Failures resulting from the use of non-Stark authorized parts, unauthorized modifications, or service by non-authorized parties.
- Ordinary wear and tear, fading of painted or coated surfaces, corrosion due to external factors (e.g., salt, industrial gases), and submersion in water.
- Damage or failures resulting from participation in racing, freestyle, tricks, or stunts.
- Vehicles that have been used in sporting official competition or have been used in rental services or for commercial purposes, (Damage from any commercial or rental use.
- Any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, towing expenses, accommodation, or inconvenience.
- Any liability in respect of any third party or any losses covered under an accidental damage or road risk insurance policy or for any road hazard, fire, or accident damage.
- Any liability for death, bodily injury or damage to other property or any such loss caused directly or indirectly by the claim or event giving rise to a claim under this Extended Warranty; war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, acts of terrorism, military or usurped power or confiscation or nationalisation or requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local Authority.
- Any damage to the motorcycle’s hardware or software, or any loss or harm to any personal information/data uploaded to your vehicle resulting from unauthorised access to vehicle data or software from any source, including non-original equipment manufacturer parts or accessories, third party applications, viruses, bugs, malware, or any other form of interference or cyber-attack.
- Failure due to power surges, power overloading, abnormal use and damage due to inappropriate or incorrect charging sources.
- Any claims caused by overloading the motorcycle.
- Any motorcycle that is or has been used as a stationary power source.
- Claims caused by water ingress (including damage to covered components caused by water).
Eligibility Requirements:
- The Extended Warranty must be registered before expiration of an existing factory warranty coverage.
- If an Extended Warranty is purchased for a bike that is not currently under factory warranty coverage or under the 1-year Plan Extended Warranty, any purchased Extended Warranty shall be void.
- Proof of Extended Warranty registration and original purchase invoice must be provided when making a claim.
Claim Limits:
- Each individual claim is limited to the motorcycle's original purchase price.
- The total value of all claims under the factory warranty and the Extended Warranty Plan cannot exceed the original purchase price.
Transferability:
- The Extended Warranty is fully transferable to a new private owner within the coverage period, provided original maintenance and usage conditions are respected.
- Dealer resale, commercial use, or exporting the motorcycle outside its continent of original purchase voids the warranty.
- Extended Warranty Plans do not apply to those jurisdictions or markets where Stark does not offer such option, even if the Extended Warranty Plan is acquired on a different market or jurisdiction where the bike was originally delivered to the final consumer.
Usage Conditions:
- The Extended Warranty does not cover any damages or failures resulting from racing, freestyle, tricks, stunt riding, or any unauthorized mechanical alterations.
- The Extended Warranty does not apply if the motorcycle is used for rental services or commercial purposes.
- The motorcycle must remain registered and operated within the continent of purchase.
Claim Process:
- Customers must report defects immediately to Stark Future via the official customer service portal.
- Proof of Extended Warranty registration and original purchase invoice must be provided.
- To initiate a warranty claim, customers must first contact Stark Future by emailing support@starkfuture.com or by visiting an authorized Stark dealer. Once the claim is approved, Stark Future will issue specific instructions regarding how to proceed with the repair or replacement. Any repairs or modifications carried out without prior approval and explicit guidance from Stark Future will result in denial of warranty coverage.
Additional Information:
- Extended Warranty pricing varies based on model and plan duration.
- Stark Future reserves the right to cancel the Extended Warranty for fraud, nonpayment, breach of terms, or misrepresentation.
- Local taxes (e.g., VAT) may apply depending on the country and are included where applicable.
- Stark Future reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the Extended Warranty Program at any time.
Jurisdiction:
- The Extended Warranty applies only within the jurisdiction where the motorcycle was originally delivered and registered.
- Warranty claims outside the original jurisdiction or after export are not covered.
- Extended Warranty services will not apply if the motorcycle has been exported from the original country where it was delivered to the customer.
