Motor
The motor is a Surface Permanent Mack AC motor, hand-wound in a distributed pattern. It is water cooled and uses the same coolant solution as the Inverter. The motor uses a cooling jacket where the unit is embedded in a 7075 aluminum casing. It is built into the motor case structure which is part of the frame and also holds the gearbox.
